Return Period

Returns must be requested and sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In suitable original packaging where applicable

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items

Sale or final-sale items are generally not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team before returning the product. Provide your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can assist you with the appropriate solution.

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can only be returned if they are unworn, unopened, in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached, unless the item is faulty.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

To start a return, visit the Returns & Shipping section of the website and follow the return instructions. After submitting your return request, follow the provided shipping instructions and securely package your items.
